Participation Fee for a Group
Participation Fee = A : Guiding Fee + B : Expenses spent for Guide
About A : Guiding Fee
JPY28000 per day up to 2 people a group
JPY12000 per day additional per person
Maximum capacity depends on the mountains
About B : Expenses spent for Guide
These would be necessary expenses spent for guide. Guide's own Travel expenses, Lodging expenses etc.
Travel expenses - Gas cost and Highway tolls or Public transportation fees
I will use Hachioji IC when the destination is in the direction of Yamanashi/Nagano prefectures. Will use Ome IC when the destination is in the direction of Gunma/Nigata prefectures or Tohoku area
Gas cost calculation method - Round-trip distance (Computed from Google Map) x Fuel consumption 12km per litter x Market price of gasoline
I will use JR Akishima station when using public transportation
Lodging Fee - Price for bed without meals
Camping Fee - Guide's own camp site fee + Additional fee JPY10000 including porterage charge
etc. - Parking lot, Rope way, Admission fee
I will charge participant(s) total amount of A : Guiding Fee + B : Expenses spent for Guide
*Participants are responsible for own transportation, meals, mountain lodging fee, and admission fee
*Please understand that individual guide cannot offer a package tour including Travel, Transportation or Arrangement fees by Japanese Travel agency law
I will provide a quotation in advance
In principle, please make a payment 5 days before the event date
