Judgement of Go or Not-go

I will judge based on the weather forecast announced at 16:00 in the day before the event

I will announce to applicant Go or Not-go by email by 18:00

I might decide Not-go and announce in early when a typhoon comes, a disaster happens and so on

I might suggest shortening schedule or changing to a better place due to bad weather forecast. In this case, participation is not mandatory

When I decide to cancel the event before or at gathering, I will pay back all to applicant

In case I decide to stop after the event starts, I will NOT pay back. However, in case of the overnight tour, I will pay back guiding and lodging fees for after next day

Cancellation Policy

I will charge you a cancellation fee for applicant’s personal reasons

Within 2 days before the event date – Fee 25% (Pay back 75%)

Within 1 day before the event date – Fee 50% (Pay back 50%)

On the day before gathering – Fee 75% (Pay back 25%)

On the day time after the event starts – Fee 100% (No Pay back)

In case 1 person out of 3 people cancels, I will charge for 1 person's cancellation fee

Insurance

I suggest you getting insurance covering Hiking and Trekking activities

I have guiding liability insurance

Other Points of Attention

I will not guarantee summitting. I might decide descent the mountain when bad weather or participate is not feeling well

Please understand it is difficult to completely remove all risk factors

Please follow instruction during the tour for keeping safe and consider other hikers and natures

Please make sure required equipment. In case of unequipped, it might be refused to attend the tour

I will book lodging reservation together for all participates at once
